Longer consultations:

So that your doctor has sufficient time to address your health needs during your consultation, please let our reception team know if you require a longer appointment (e.g., for complex medical issues, full check-up or if you have any forms to be completed).

Urgent consultations: 

If you have an urgent medical problem, please let reception know. Admin Staff will do their best to accommodate your needs. 

Missed Appointments & late cancellations:

We respectfully ask you to contact reception team as soon as you know that you are unable to attend your appointment. Your doctor will likely have other patients waiting for appointments.

Missed appointments or late cancellation may incur a fee. This fee will require payment before you can schedule another appointment.

Your doctor aims to run on time, However, at times they may be running behind schedule due to emergencies. Our reception staff will endeavour to inform you of any delays upon your arrival.

Telehealth Consultations:

To ensure quality of care, the doctors we support provide face to face consultations and Telehealth.

Your doctor will offer you a phone consultation if you have received a positive COVID-19 test or if you have cold or flu-like symptoms.

Your doctor will charge a fee for phone consultations. 

Forms Completion

Your doctor will require you to complete various forms for them to deliver certain treatments.
Under most circumstances, an appointment is required with the nurse for form completion. 
The length of the time required is to be determined by your doctor / nurse prior to the appointment.
There may be a fee involved due to the time- consuming nature of some forms. 

After Hours Care

In a medical emergency, please call 000 and ask for an ambulance

The after-hours care services offered by the doctors we support reduces the pressure on the public health system and provide their registered patients with prompt access to the medical services required. The clinic is proud to facilitate the provision of this service for patients requiring urgent medical attention to access care from their own doctor.
